Benefits of Competition:

Competition is valuable and can teach many important life skills such as the value off teamwork, overcoming challenges, controlling emotion, and taking pride in one’s accomplishments. Other benefits include physical, mental, accomplishing goals, finding their desire and inner will, showing persevering and determination, building character and integrity and a mindset for success.

Not every athlete will become a National Champion but our students need to discover the value of their efforts and hard work. These are life lessons that are far more valuable than any medal or title.
